摘 要:为研究铝塑板在火灾中其痕迹特征与受火情况的关联性,以马弗炉模拟辐射热源条件,以油盘火模拟实际火场受热条件,研究铝塑板在两种条件下的痕迹特征。结果表明:铝塑板外层铝板在300、400、500℃时弯曲度分别为0.04%、11.10%、30.80%,在600℃时丧失金属弹性;铝板间的PE夹芯材料在300、400、500℃时分别表现为边角部分出现熔融、整体出现融化、全部呈熔融状态并出现明显的融化流淌,在600℃时只有灰化后的残余灰分。铝塑板与油盘距离为10、14、18 cm时分别表现为夹芯灰化、夹芯膨胀熔融、无明显变化。In order to study the correlation between the trace characteristics of Aluminum composite panel in fire,by simulating radiant heat source conditions with Muffle Furnace,simulating the heating conditions of actual fire site by oil pan fire,the trace characteristics of Aluminum composite panel was studied under these two conditions.The results showed that the bending degrees of Aluminum composite panel at 300,400,500℃were 0.04%,11.10%,30.80%,and the metal elasticity losted at 600℃.PE sandwich materials between Aluminum composite panel showed melting in the edge,melting totally and flow after total melt at 300,400 and 500℃,and it had only ash remains after ashing at 600℃.When the distance between Aluminum composite panel and oil pan is 10,14 and 18cm,the sandwich ashing,expansion and melting of the sandwich and no obvious changes are observed.
