摘 要:以赣南10年生纽荷尔脐橙为试验材料,探讨不同生长发育期果实和叶片中5种抗氧化酶(SOD、POD、CAT、APX和GR)活性变化对高温环境的适应性。结果表明:生长发育期5种抗氧化酶活性大小差异性显著,不同抗氧化酶之间存在着协作机制,其中SOD活性最大,CAT和POD次之;果实中5种抗氧化酶活性大小都低于叶片,果实SOD活性呈现“降低—升高”的趋势,与POD、CAT、APX和GR活性变化趋势“升高—降低”相反,其中POD、CAT、APX活性峰值和SOD活性谷值都出现在9月份;叶片中抗氧化酶活性都有一个活性峰值,SOD、CAT、APX和GR活性高峰都出现在9月份。因此,脐橙果实抗高温胁迫能力大于叶片,且7—9月份果实抗高温胁迫能力大于10—11月份;SOD、CAT和POD共同组成脐橙植物体抗高温胁迫的关键酶系统。The navel orange of 10-year-old mature was used as the experimental material to detect the adaptability to high-temperature environment of 5 antioxidant enzymes(SOD,POD,CAT,APX and GR)in fruits and leaves at different growth and development stages.The results showed that the activity of the 5 antioxidant enzymes varied significantly,and there was a coordination mechanism among different antioxidant enzymes.SOD activity was the largest,followed by CAT and POD.The activity of the antioxidant enzymes in fruits was lower than that in leaves.The activity of SOD in fruits showed a'decreased-increased'trend,contrary to the'increaseddecreased'trends of the activity of POD,CAT,APX and GR,among which the peaks of POD,CAT,APX activity and the valley of SOD activity all appeared in September.In leaves,there were peaks of activity of all antioxidant enzymes,with the peaks of SOD,CAT,APX and GR activity appearing in September.Therefore,the resist-ance to high temperature stress in fruits of navel orange was greater than that in leaves,and the resistance to high temperature stress in fruits from July to September was greater than that from October to November.SOD,CAT and POD constitute the key enzyme system against high temperature stress in navel orange.
