战略性新兴产业发展的金融支持效率——基于长三角地区的比较分析

摘　　要：本文基于战略性新兴产业领域的上市公司数据,应用DEA方法,将金融支持作为投入要素,对长三角地区战略性新兴产业发展的市场绩效进行了测度、评价及比较分析,并进一步分析了战略性新兴产业发展的投入冗余和产出不足情况。从结果来看,战略性新兴产业发展的金融支持效率呈现出较大的省际差异,技术因素与效率显著相关。同时,金融体制机制运行和管理效率、金融发展的规模效应以及金融发展环境也是影响因素。金融资源作为投入要素在江苏、浙江、安徽、上海等长三角地区都出现了冗余情况,而该区域战略性新兴产业发展的产出不足主要根源在于其成长能力的不足。Based on the data of listed companies in the strategic emerging industries,using the DEA method and financial support as input factors,the efficiency of financial support for strategic emerging industries in the Yangtze River Delta region was measured,evaluated and compared,and redundancy and output shortages of strategic emerging industries was further analyzed.From the results,the efficiency of financial support for strategic emerging industries shows great inter-provincial differences,and technical factors and efficiency are significantly related.Meanwhile,the financial institutional mechanisms operational and management efficiency,economies of scale and financial environment for the development of financial development are also factors.Financial resources as input factors in Yangtze River Delta region have emerged redundant situation,and the deficiency of output of strategic emerging industries in these regional is mainly due to its lack of growth capacity.
