摘  要:本文结合纺织工业“十三五”规划内容,构造非织造布机械专利数据集,应用文献计量学、文本挖掘、信息可视化方法,绘制出非织造布机械产业发展技术路线图,对照产业现状、市场需求、发展目标、关键技术、研发项目等关键因素,挖掘非织造布机械技术热点、技术发展趋势,技术原创国家/地区、主要专利权人的专利申请趋势、技术侧重和技术关联性等内容,为下一步非织造布机械技术升级提供指引。分析结果表明非织造布机械行业处于成长期,技术热点词集中在纤维梳理、生产工艺、纺丝、梳理机、涤纶、材料、羊绒等方面,我国的产业发展规划目标应在高端制造、自动控制、成套设备等方面开展。Combining the 13th Five-Year Plan of the textile industry,constructing a patent dataset for nonwoven machinery,applying bibliometrics,text mining and information visualization methods,the paper draws the technical roadmap for the nonwovens machinery industry.With comparison of key factors,such as the current industry status,market demand,development goals,key technologies,research and development projects,it discusses mining non-woven mechanical technology hotspots,technology development trends,original technology countries/regions,major patentee patent application trends,technology focus and technical relevance,which provide guidance for the next step of nonwoven mechanical technology upgrade.The analysis results show that the non-woven fabric machinery industry is in the growth stage.The technical hotspots focus on fiber combing,production process,spinning,carding machine,polyester,materials,cashmere,etc.The goal of China s industrial development planning should be high-end manufacturing,automatic control,complete sets of equipment and other aspects.
