摘 要:在小型试验优化的基础上,采用“磨矿-分级-重选-磁选-浮选-电选”工艺流程对某榴辉岩型金红石矿进行了扩大连续试验。试验过程中,采用了自主研发的DPT型干式磁选机和SHA/Sas金红石高效组合捕收剂,最终可获得产率为1.28%,TiO2品位为92.02%,金红石中TiO2回收率为53.20%的金红石精矿;产率为48.74%,矿物含量为89.50%,矿物回收率为83.10%的石榴石精矿;产率为22.96%,矿物含量为90.70%,矿物回收率为80.10%的绿辉石精矿。扩大连续试验结果表明各作业流程运行稳定,技术指标优良,为下一步工业试验及工业生产奠定了技术基础。On the basis of small-scale experiment optimization,the scale-up continuous test of an eclogite-type rutile ore has been made by the process of“grinding-classification-gravity separation-magnetic separation-flotation-electric separation”.During the test,the self-developed DPT dry magnetic separator and SHA/Sas rutile high-efficiency combination collector were used.The rutile concentrate with yield 1.28%,TiO2 content 92.02%,the rutile TiO2 recovery rate was 53.20%;the garnet concentrate with yield 48.74%,mineral content was 89.50%,mineral recovery rate 83.10%and the omphacite concentrate with yield 22.96%,mineral content was 90.70%,mineral recovery rate 80.10%could be obtained through the test.The result of scale-up continuous test showed that the each operation process ran in stable condition and with good technical index,which laid a technical foundation for the next industrial test and industrial production.
