摘 要:将川藏地区微晶菱镁矿经920℃保温3h煅烧后破碎至1mm,通过改变水化剂(NH4Cl)添加量、水化温度、搅拌时间、固液比得到高纯氢氧化镁,并对水化产物进行化学组成、水化率(经1 100℃保温2 h煅烧)、XRD及显微形貌分析,优化了水化工艺条件。结果表明:以NH4Cl为水化剂能在一定程度上促进氧化镁水化。水化反应的最优条件为:NH4Cl添加量0.75%,水化温度95℃,搅拌时间75 min,固液比1∶15。在此条件下,水化除杂所得产物去除灼减后(1 100℃保温2 h)的MgO质量分数大于99%,该微晶菱镁矿的轻烧MgO粉经水化除杂后可制备纯度极高的氢氧化镁。The microcrystalline magnesite in the Sichuan-Tibet area was calcined at 920℃for 3 h and then crushed to 1 mm.High-purity magnesium hydroxide was obtained by changing the amount of hydrating agent(NH4Cl),hydration temperature,stirring time and solid-liquid ratio.The chemical composition,hydration rate(calcination at 1 100℃for 2 h),XRD and micromorphology analysis were carried out to optimize the hydration process conditions.The results show that the use of NH4Cl as a hydrating agent can promote the hydration of magnesium oxide to a certain extent.The op timum conditions for the hydration reaction are:NH4Cl addition amount 0.75%,hydration temperature 95℃,stirring time 75 min,solid-liquid ratio 1∶15.Under these conditions,the MgO content of the product obtained by hydration and impurity removal after removal(1 100℃for 2 h)is above 99%,and the lightly burned magnesia powder of the microcrystalline magnesite is hydrated and decontaminated.Magnesium hydroxide of extremely high purity can be prepared.
