摘 要:通过矿物浮选试验、电动电位测试和吸附能计算,考察了自制氨基酸类捕收剂十二烷基甘氨酸钠对钼尾矿中非金属矿物可浮性的影响。结果表明:以十二烷基甘氨酸钠为捕收剂,硅酸钠为抑制剂,矿浆pH值为6的条件下,钠长石、金云母、透辉石、白云石和方解石的回收率与纯矿物浮选结果相接近,大于使用油酸钠作捕收剂的浮选效果。十二烷基甘氨酸钠可与钠长石(001)解理面、透辉石(110)解理面、白云石(101)解理面、方解石(101)和(104)解理面发生化学吸附,与金云母(001)解理面发生物理吸附,且相应的吸附趋势为:白云石(101)解理面>方解石(104)解理面>方解石(101)解理面>透辉石(110)解理面>钠长石(001)解理面>金云母(001)解理面。In this paper,the influence and adsorption of sodium dodecyl glycine,a self-made amino acid collector,on flotation of non-metallic minerals in molybdenum tailings were investigated with mineral flotation tests,zeta-potential determination and adsorption energy calculations.The results showed that the recoveries of albite,phlogopite,diopside,dolomite and calcite were similar to those of pure mineral flotation under the condition of sodium dodecyl glycine as collector,sodium silicate as inhibitor and slurry pH of 6,which were greater than those of using sodium oleate as collector.Sodium dodecyl glycine can be chemically adsorbed on albite(001),diopside(110),dolomite(101),calcite(101)and(104)surfaces,and physically adsorbed on phlogopite(001)surface.The corresponding adsorption trends is as follows:dolomite(101)surface>calcite(104)surface>calcite(101)surface>diopside(110)>albite(001)surface>phlogopite(001)surface.
