摘  要:针对低品位白云石型萤石矿浮选指标差的问题,以河北宽城某CaF2品位为35.34%的低品位萤石矿为试验目标,对抑制剂CK102浮选过程中的主要影响因素进行条件对比试验。在磨矿细度-0.074 mm含量为71.50%,抑制剂CK102中强酸A、硅酸盐B、硫酸盐C质量配比为1∶4∶2、总用量为600 g/t,捕收剂BK410用量为200 g/t的条件下,经过“1次粗选1次扫选7次精选”的闭路浮选流程,得到CaF2品位为97.62%、回收率为83.69%的萤石精矿。In view of bad flotation index of that low grade dolomite type fluorite ore,a low grade fluorite ore with 35.34%CaF2 in Hebei Kuancheng was selected as the research object,and the main influencing factor in the flotation process of CK102 depressant were compared under different conditions.Under the conditions of grinding fineness-0.074 mm content of 71.50%,the mass ratio of acid A,silicate B and sulfate C in depressant CK102 is 1∶4∶2,total dosage was 600 g/t,collector BK410 dosage was 200 g/t,the CaF2 grade of 97.62%,recovery rate of 83.69%fluorite concentrate were obtained through the closed-circuit flotation process of“one time rough selection,one time sweep and seven times selection”.
