知识转移绩效视角下共享心智模式对企业双元创新的影响

摘　　要：构建共享心智模式、知识转移绩效及企业双元创新的理论分析框架,通过354份有效问卷收集数据,采用多元层次回归深入分析共享心智模式与双元创新的作用机理。实证结果表明,任务式共享心智模式和协作式共享心智模式对探索性创新与利用性创新均有显著正向影响,知识转移绩效对探索性创新与利用性创新也呈现正向促进作用。同时,知识转移绩效在任务式共享心智模式与探索性创新、利用性创新之间均起到了部分中介作用,知识转移绩效在协作式共享心智模式与两种创新之间也起到了部分中介作用。研究成果在丰富相关理论研究的同时,为企业如何提高双元创新能力提供了新的参考方向。The paper builds the theoretical analysis framework of shared mental model,knowledge transfer performance and enterprise ambidextrous innovation.Based on 354 valid questionnaires,the paper analyzes the mechanism of shared mental models and ambidextrous innovation in-depth by multiple regression analysis.The empirical results show that assignment-based shared mental models and cooperation-based shared mental models have significant positive impacts on exploratory innovation and exploitative innovation,knowledge transfer performance also has a positive effect on two kinds of innovation.Meanwhile,knowledge transfer performance plays the mediating role between assignment-based shared mental models and two kinds of innovation.Knowledge transfer performance also plays the mediating role between cooperation-based shared mental models and two kinds of innovation.The study promotes the relevant theoretical research,at the same time it also provides a new reference for enterprises to improve the ambidextrous innovation ability.
