摘 要:气泡上升形成的气泡帘能较好地防止耙吸挖泥船作业引起的悬浮物扩散。采用CFD仿真的方法研究了在水流作用下气泡帘的形成过程及防悬浮物扩散机理。研究结果表明:气泡帘的形成过程受气泡孔直径、通气速度和水流速度的影响;增加通气量并选取合适的气泡孔直径可以增强气泡帘防止污染物扩散的能力,而过大的水流速度会导致气泡帘的失效;对于给定的工况,存在一个疏浚悬浮物的临界阻隔粒径。研究成果可为合理确定气泡防污帘的结构参数和操作参数提供理论依据。The construction of trailing suction hopper dredger will lead to the spread of suspended solids and affect the water quality of the nearby waters.More and more suction dredger operations are required for environmentally friendly construction,and the bubble rises to form a bubble curtain to prevent the diffusion of suspended mattress can have a good effect.In this paper,the formation process of bubble curtain and the mechanism of anti-suspension diffusion under the action of ocean current are studied by CFD simulation.The results show that the formation process of bubble curtain is affected by the diameter of the bubble,the aeration velocity and the velocity of current.Increasing the aeration and selecting the appropriate diameter of the bubble can enhance the ability of the bubble curtain in preventing the diffusion of pollutants,while the excessive current velocity will lead to the failure of bubble curtain;for a given operating condition,there is a critical barrier particle size for the dredged suspension.The research results can provide a theoretical basis for the reasonable determination of the structural parameters and operating parameters of the bubble curtain.
