摘 要:研究了以碳钢为基体的环保型三价铬镀铬工艺。考察了阴极电流密度对镀铬层的表面形貌、显微硬度和耐盐雾腐蚀性能的影响,以及电镀时间对镀铬层的厚度、表面粗糙度、显微硬度和耐盐雾腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:适当地提高阴极电流密度,有利于改善镀铬层的表面平整度;当阴极电流密度为25 A/dm^2时,镀铬层的显微硬度达到最高值8 038 MPa,并且表现出良好的耐盐雾腐蚀性能。镀铬层的厚度和表面粗糙度与电镀时间基本都成正相关关系。延长电镀时间,有利于提高镀铬层的显微硬度和耐盐雾腐蚀性能。The eco-friendly trivalent chromiutnplating process on carbon steel substrate was studied.The influence of cathode current density on the surface morphology,microhardness and salt spray corrosion resistance of chromium coating and the influence of electroplating time on the thickness,surface roughness,microhardness and salt spray corrosion resistance of chromium coating were investigated.The results showed that the surface evenness of chromium coating can be improved by an appropriate increase of cathode current density.When the cathode current density was 25 A/dm^2,the chromium coating possessed the highest microhardness(8 038 MPa)and good salt spray corrosion resistance.The thickness and surface roughness of chromium coating have a positive correlation with the electroplating time,and the prolonging of electroplating time was beneficial to improve the microhardness and salt spray corrosion resistance of chromium coating.
