摘 要:采用直流电沉积技术,在汽车半轴用40Cr合金钢板上制备了铁-铬合金镀层。研究了pH值对铁-铬合金镀层的沉积速率、厚度、成分、显微硬度、表面形貌及耐蚀性的影响。结果表明:升高pH值,有利于增大沉积速率和铁-铬合金镀层中铬的质量分数,从而提高铁-铬合金镀层的显微硬度。当pH值大于6时,由于阴极析出大量的金属氢氧化物和盐类,使得铁-铬合金镀层的沉积速率和显微硬度降低。铁-铬合金镀层是典型的块状结构。当pH值为6时,铁-铬合金镀层表面均匀、致密,耐蚀性最好。Fe-Cr alloy coatings were prepared on the surface of 40Cr steel for automobile semi-axle by direct current electrodeposition.The influence of pH value on the deposition rate,thickness,composition,microhardness,surface morphology and corrosion resistance of Fe-Cr alloy coatings was investigated.The results showed that increasing the pH value was beneficial to accelerate the deposition rate and increase the mass fraction of chromium in Fe-Cr alloy coatings,thus improve the microhardness of Fe-Cr alloy coatings.When the pH value was greater than 6,the deposition rate and microharness of the Fe-Cr alloy coatings were greatly decreased due to the precipitation of large amount of hydroxide and salts near the cathode.Fe-Cr alloy coating was a kind of typical block-structure.The Fe-Cr alloy coating prepared under the condition of pH=6 possess uniform and dense surface and the best corrosion resistance.
