摘 要:在扩张粗化后的碳骨架上进行氨基磺酸盐镀镍。采用SEM观察了多孔镍的表面形貌及断口形貌,并测试了多孔镍的孔隙率和压缩性能。碳骨架氨基磺酸盐镀镍的最佳工艺为:氨基磺酸镍550g/L,硼酸30g/L,十二烷基硫酸钠0.2g/L,阳极活化剂5 g/L,光亮剂2g/L,电流密度8A/dm^2,时间8h。所得多孔镍的抗压强度为6.50MPa,弹性模量为0.134GPa,孔隙率为82.7%。Sulfamate nickel plating for the expanded coarsening carbon skeleton was carried out.The surface morphology and fracture morphology of the porous nickel were observed by SEM,and the porosity and compressive property of the porous nickel were also tested.The optimal process conditions of sulfamate nickel plating for carbon skeleton were as follows:nickel sulfamate 550g/L,boric acid 30 g/L,sodium dodecyl sulfate 0.2g/L,anodic activator 5g/L,brightener 2g/L,current density 8 A/dm^2,time 8h.The compressive strength,elastic modulus and porosity of the porous nickel prepared under optimal process conditions were 6.50 MPa,0.134 GPa and 82.7%,respectively.
