摘  要:采用复合电沉积技术在机械传动链条用40Mn钢板上制备了Co-Mo-P/SiO2复合镀层,并研究了纳米SiO2微粒的质量浓度对镀层性能的影响。结果表明:Co-Mo-P/SiO2复合镀层由晶化的颗粒结构构成;适当地增加纳米SiO2微粒的质量浓度,有利于加快镀层的沉积速率并降低镀层的表面粗糙度,从而提高镀层的硬度和耐磨性;当纳米SiO2微粒的质量浓度为10g/L时,纳米SiO2微粒发生团聚,抑制了电沉积的进行,使得镀层的沉积速率下降、表面粗糙度增大、机械性能降低。Co-Mo-P/SiO2 composite coatings were prepared on 40Mn steel plate for mechanical transmission chain by composite electrodeposition,and the influence of the mass concentration of nano-SiO2 particles on properties of the coatings was investigated.The results showed that Co-Mo-P/SiO2 composite coating was composed of crystalline granular structure.Increasing the mass concentration of nano-SiO2 particles was beneficial to accelerate the deposition rate and reduce the surface roughness,so as to improve the hardness and wear resistance of the coatings.When the mass concentration of nano-SiO2 particles was 10 g/L,the electrodeposition was inhibited due to the agglomeration of nano-particles resulting in a decline in the deposition rate and an increase in the surface roughness which contribute to the decrease of mechanical properties.
