摘 要:先使用氢氟酸溶液对AZ31B镁合金进行活化,再进行化学镀镍研究了活化时间对化学镀镍层的孔隙率、厚度、结合强度、显微硬度及耐蚀性的影响。结果表明:当活化时间小于8min时,随着活化时间的延长,化学镀镍层的孔隙率明显降低,厚度逐渐增加,显微硬度增大,腐蚀速率下降;当活化时间超过8min时,化学镀镍层的性能变差,这与镁合金基体过度活化影响了化学镀镍层的孔隙率和厚度有关;活化时间对化学镀镍层与镁合金基体的结合强度影响不大。Electroless nickel plating was performed on AZ31B magnesium alloy activated by hydrofluoric acid solution.The influence of activation time on the porosity,thickness,bonding strength,microhardness and corrosion resistance of electroless nickel coating was studied.The results showed that when the activation time was less than 8min,with the extension of activation time,the porosity of electroless nickel coating decreased significantly,the thickness increased gradually,the microhardness increased and the corrosion rate decreased.When the activation time exceeds 8min,the properties of electroless nickel coating become worse,which was related to the excessive activation of magnesium alloy substrate affect the porosity and thickness of electroless nickel coating.The activation time has little effect on the bonding strength between electroless nickel coating and magnesium alloy substrate.
