摘 要:研究了EDTA对镁合金锡酸盐转化膜耐蚀性的影响。首先,采用硫酸铜点滴试验、盐水浸泡试验和电化学试验测试了锡酸盐转化膜的耐蚀性;然后,分别采用金相显微镜和扫描电镜观察了锡酸盐转化膜的金相形貌和表面形貌;最后,采用X射线衍射仪分析了锡酸盐转化膜的相组成。结果表明:EDTA不仅能提高锡酸盐转化膜的耐蚀性,还能改善锡酸盐转化膜的形貌质量。由XRD分析得出,锡酸盐转化膜的相组成为Mg、Al12Mg7和MgSn(OH)6.The effect of EDTA on the corrosion resistance of stannate conversion coatings on magnesium alloy was studied.Firstly,the corrosion resistance of stannate conversion coating was tested and evaluated by copper sulfate dripping test,brine immersion test and electrochemical test.Secondly,the metallographic morphology and surface morphology of stannate conversion coating were observed by metallographic microscope and scanning electron microscope,respectively.Finally,the phase composition of stannate conversion coating was analyzed by X-ray diffractometer.The results showed that EDTA can not only improve the corrosion resistance,but also modify the surface quality of stannate conversion coating.XRD analysis indicated that stannate conversion coating was mainly composed of Mg,Al12Mg17 and MgSn(OH)6 phases.
