摘 要:以版辊镀铬清洗废水为研究对象,在明确三维电极电解法技术优势的基础上,对其工艺参数进行了优化。结果表明:以碳钢为阴、阳极,以柱状活性填料为第三电极,在极间距5 cm、进水pH值1~2、电流密度0.2 A/dm^2的条件下电解38 min,Cr(VI)的去除率大于99.9%,COD的去除率高达90.0%。通过H型槽实验对三维电极电解法处理含铬废水的机制进行了探讨。在电解过程中,阴、阳极反应均可去除Cr(VI)。但随着废水中Cr(VI)的质量浓度的增加,阴极还原作用逐渐占据优势。The plate roller chromium electroplating cleaning wastewater was used as the research object,and its parameters were optimized based on the determination of the technical advantages of three-dimensional electrode electrolysis method.The results showed that,with the carbon steel as the cathode and anode and columnar active filler as the third electrode,the removal rate of Cr(Ⅵ)was more than 99.9% and the removal rate of COD was as high as 90.0% when the interval between the anode and cathode was 5 cm,the pH value of influent was 1~2,current density was 0.2 A/dm^2 and electrolysis time was 38 min.The mechanism of treatment of chromium-containing wastewater by using three-dimensional electrode electrolysis method was investigated by H-type tank experiment.In the process of electrolysis,not only the cathode reaction,but also the anode reaction can remove Cr(Ⅵ).However,with the increase of the mass concentration of Cr(Ⅵ)in the wastewater,the cathodic reduction action was gradually dominated.
