摘  要:采用钙盐沉淀法去除化学镀镍废液中的磷。比较了CaCl2、CaO、Ca(OH)2和CaCO3的除磷效果,发现CaCl2的除磷效果最好。选用CaCl2作为除磷沉淀剂处理化学镀镍废液。在室温下,将pH值调节至9~10,按1.3倍理论值投加CaCl2,反应30 min,可以使化学镀镍废液中总磷的去除率达到99.5%.Removal of phosphorus from spent electroless nickel plating bath by calcium salt precipitation was studied.By comparing the phosphorus removal effect of CaCl2,CaO,Ca(OH)2 and CaCO3,it was found that CaCl2 Had the best phosphorus removal effect.CaCl2 was used as a precipitator for phosphorus removal from spent electroless nickel plating bath.Under the conditions of pH value 9~10,the dosing quantity of CaCl2 was 1.3 times of theoretical value,reaction for 30 min at room temperature,the removal rate of total phosphorus in spent electroless nickel plating bath could reach 99.5%.
