摘 要:以2种门尼黏度为49的丁苯橡胶(SBR)1723(环烷油质量分数为27.2%的SBR-1和环烷油质量分数为28.1%的SBR-2)为研究对象,考察了SBR1723的结合苯乙烯含量对其25min300%定伸应力(M25)、35min300%定伸应力(M35)、50min300%定伸应力(M50)、拉伸强度、扯断伸长率、最小转矩(ML)、最大转矩(MH)及硫化时间的影响。结果表明,随着结合苯乙烯质量分数升高,SBR1723的M25、M35、M50及拉伸强度均线性升高,扯断伸长率线性下降,ML及MH均下降,硫化时间延长。结合苯乙烯质量分数每升高1%,SBR-1和SBR-2的M25、M35、M50分别增加0.038MPa和0.033MPa、0.026MPa和0.023MPa、0.023MPa和0.032MPa,拉伸强度增加0.066MPa和0.068MPa,扯断伸长率下降0.72%和0.68%,ML下降0.008dN·m和0.009dN·m,MH下降0.029dN·m和0.026dN·m。Two components styrene-butadiene rubber(SBR)1723 with Mooney viscosity 49(SBR-1:naphthene oil content 27.2%,SBR-2:naphthene oil content 28.1%)were used as the research objects.The effects of mass fraction of bound styrene of SBR 1723 on 25 min modulus at 300%(M 25),35 min modulus at 300%(M 35),50 min modulus at 300%(M 50),tensile strength,elongation at break,minimum torque(M L),maximum torque(M H)and curing time were investigated.The results showed that M 25,M 35,M 50 and tensile strength of SBR 1723 increased linearly with the increasing mass fraction of bound styrene,while the elongation at break decreased linearly,M L and M H decreased,curing time prolonged.When the content of styrene increased by 1%,M 25,M 35 and M 50 of SBR-1 and SBR-2 increased 0.038 MPa and 0.033 MPa,0.026 MPa and 0.023 MPa,0.023 MPa and 0.032 MPa,tensile strength increased 0.066 MPa and 0.068 MPa,elongation at break decreased 0.72%and 0.68%.And M L decreased 0.008 dN·m and 0.009 dN·m,M H decreased 0.029 dN·m and 0.026 dN·m.
