摘  要:以磷酸酯钕为主催化剂,采用间歇陈化法制备均相稀土催化剂,并在2 kg/h连续聚合装置上,制备出门尼黏度为45±4、分子量分布(Mw/Mn)为2.14~2.84的稀土顺丁橡胶(Nd-BR)。结果表明,通过调整催化剂配方,可以调整Nd-BR的Mw/Mn和微观结构,以得到不同结构的Nd-BR产品。采用磷酸酯钕为主催化剂的均相催化剂合成Nd-BR,胶液黏度较低,各反应釜压差相对较小,易于胶液输送。Homogeneous rare-earth catalysts were prepared by batch aging with neodymium phosphate as the main catalyst.Rare-earth cis-polybutadiene(Nd-BR)with Mooney viscosity of 45±4 and relative molecular weight distribution(Mw/[AKM-]n)of 2.14~2.84 were prepared by 2 kg/h continuous polymerization plant.The results showed that the Mw/Mn and microstructure of Nd-BR could be adjusted by adjusting the catalyst formula to obtain Nd-BR products with different structures and performances.The homogeneous catalyst of neodymium phosphate was used to synthesize Nd-BR,the viscosity of the glue was low,the pressure difference of each reactor was relatively small,and it was easy to be transported.
