摘 要:采用超临界二氧化碳发泡技术制备了反式-1,4-聚异戊二烯/高全同聚丁烯-1(TPI/i PB-1)共混发泡材料,考察了TPI/i PB-1质量比对材料发泡性能及形状记忆性能的影响。结果表明,对于未交联TPI/i PB-1共混材料,随着i PB-1用量的增加,发泡倍率逐渐降低,发泡效果逐渐变差;二级形状记忆性能应变固定率逐渐下降,回复率逐渐升高,回复时间逐渐缩短。对于交联TPI/i PB-1共混材料,随着i PB-1用量的增加,发泡倍率逐渐减小,大孔逐渐消失,小孔数目也逐渐减少;交联的TPI/i PB-1发泡材料具备三级形状记忆效应,随着i PB-1用量的增加,材料的应变固定性变好,应变回复性降低。The trans-1,4-polyisoprene/high isotactic polybutene-1(TPI/i PB-1)blend foaming materials were prepared using supercritical carbon dioxide as physical foaming agent.Effect of mass ratio of TPI/i PB-1 on the foaming properties and shape memory properties was studied.The results showed that for uncross-linked TPI/i PB-1 blending materials,with the increasing i PB-1 amount,the foaming ratio gra-dually decreased,foaming effect gradually deteriorates;the shape retention rate of the secondary shape memory performance gradually decreased and the response rate gradually increased and the response time gradually decreased.For cross-linked TPI/i PB-1 foaming materials,with the increasing i PB-1 amount,the foaming ratio gradually decreased,the large holes gradually disappeared,and the number of small holes were gradually reduced.The cross-linked TPI/i PB-1 foaming materials had triple shape memory effect.As the content of i PB-1 increased,the strain fixability of the material become better and the strain recovery was lowered.
