摘 要:采用水合肼/过氧化氢催化体系对丁腈橡胶(NBR)胶乳进行原位加氢,制得氢化NBR(HNBR)胶乳,并以乳液共混的方式将石墨烯(GR)浆料与HNBR胶乳共混制备GR/HNBR纳米复合材料,考察了GR用量和添加顺序对GR/HNBR纳米复合材料性能的影响。结果表明,随着GR用量的增加,GR/HNBR纳米复合材料的力学性能明显提高,导热性能也随之提高,且在160℃时仍具有较好的导热性。GR在NBR胶乳原位加氢之前加入,GR分散均匀,可赋予纳米复合材料优异的力学性能和导热性能。Hydrogenated nitrile rubber(HNBR)latex was prepared by in-situ hydrogenation of nitrile rubber(NBR)latex catalyzed by hydrazine hydrate/hydrogen peroxide cataly-tic system,and graphene(GR)/HNBR nanocomposites were prepared by blending GR and HNBR latex.The effects of GR amount and adding order on the properties of GR/HNBR nanocomposites were investigated.The results showed that the mechanical properties and thermal conductivity of GR/HNBR nanocomposites were improved with the increase of GR amount,and they still had good thermal conductivity at 160℃.When GR was added before in-situ hydrogenation of NBR latex,GR dispersed evenly,which could endow nanocomposites with excellent mechanical properties and thermal conductivity.
