摘  要:冬季飞机除冰雪和道面除冰等过程中,含有乙二醇等化学物质的除冰液不断残留与集聚在混凝土表层,直接造成混凝土表层破损,进而产生威胁飞机安全的外来物(FOD)。为改进混凝土道面抗破损能力,针对浸渍不同浓度乙二醇溶液的道面混凝土冻融破损规律试验研究结果表明,乙二醇较低浓度溶液浸渍时就会加剧混凝土的冻融损伤。混凝土二维微观冻胀损伤有限元模拟分析结果表明,孔隙结冰膨应力传递到混凝土表层的应力大小,与孔隙的大小b、孔隙内溶液的膨胀率呈正比,与孔隙至表层的距离d2呈反比;相邻双孔同时结冰时的相互耦合最大应力随着孔间距D增大,以及孔径b减小而降低,且当孔间距超过孔径4倍以后,相邻孔的冻胀应力耦合效应小于10%。In winter,in addition to ice and snow and road surface deicing,deicing fluid containing chemical substances such as ethylene glycol remains and accumulates on the concrete surface,directly causing damage to the concrete surface,which in turn creates foreign objects(FOD)that threaten the safety of the aircraft.In order to improve the anti-breaking ability of concrete pavement,the experimental results of freeze-thaw damage of pavement concrete impregnated with different concentrations of ethylene glycol solution show that the impregnation of ethylene in the lower concentration solution will aggravate the freeze-thaw damage of concrete.The results of finite element simulation analysis of two-dimensional microscopic frost heave damage of concrete show that the stress of pore icing stress transferred to the concrete surface is proportional to the size of the pore b and the expansion ratio of the solution in the pore,and the distance from the pore to the surface is d2.Inverse ratio.The mutual coupling maximum stress of adjacent double holes simultaneously icing increases with the hole spacing D,and the aperture b decreases,and the frost heave stress coupling effect of adjacent holes after the hole spacing exceeds the aperture 4 times less than 10%.
