摘 要:在生产和施工过程中,PHC管桩混凝土不可避免的会产生裂缝,对管桩耐久性产生不良影响。混凝土的自愈合性能是解决这一问题的可能方式,但针对PHC管桩混凝土的研究未见报道。为解决这一问题,针对免蒸压PHC管桩混凝土试件进行了专门研究,并与蒸压PHC管桩混凝土试件进行对比。研究结果表明,蒸压PHC管桩混凝土没有裂缝自愈合性能;免蒸压PHC管桩混凝土具有裂缝自愈合性能,且随着混凝土产生裂缝时的龄期增加,自愈合速度减慢;自愈合性能较为适宜的评价指标是混凝土抗压强度和电通量,不宜采用氯离子扩散系数。During production and construction,it is unavoidable to produce crack in PHC pile concrete and that will reduce the durability of PHC piles.The crack self-healing performance of concrete may be a reliable way to solve the problem of PHC piles durability deterioration,however,little research is found about this aspect in the magazine.To explore self-healing performance of PHC pile concrete,by measuring compressing strength,charge passed and coefficient of chloride penetration of autoclaved and non-autoclaved PHC pile concrete.The results show that non-autoclaved PHC pile concrete has crack self-healing performance while autoclaved PHC pile concrete is not and using compressive strength and charge passed as evaluation indicators are reasonable.Besides,the age of non-autoclaved PHC pile concrete cracked is an important part of self-healing speed,with time goes,the self-healing speed declines.
