摘 要:在半柔性路面中水泥砂浆的灌浆效果和力学性能影响着路面的抗变形能力。通过正交试验法,分析了不同因素、不同掺量对水泥砂浆材料性能的影响规律,进而确定了具有高强度,高流动性和低膨胀特点的高性能水泥砂浆(HPCM)最佳配合比范围,并通过车辙试验研究了水泥砂浆的灌浆效果。研究结果表明:聚羧酸高性能减水剂,膨胀剂和速凝剂对高性能水泥砂浆的性能影响显著,这3种外加剂的加入使得HPCM显示出良好的工作能力。通过综合平衡分析法确定的高性能水泥砂浆的最佳配合比,其相关性能指标与国内施工技术指标相比,养生1 d时的强度已达到施工要求,7 d强度达到现有规范的1.3~4倍且干缩率低于0.2。此外,当灌浆率大于90%时,3种半柔性材料的高温性能均满足施工要求且变形小。The grouting effect and mechanical properties of cement mortar in semi-flexible pavement affect the deformation resistance of the pavement.The influence of different factors and contents on the properties of cement mortar was analyzed by orthogonal test,and the optimum mixing ratio range of HPCM with high strength,high fluidity and low expansion was determined.The grouting effect of cement mortar was studied by rutting experiment.The results show that polycarboxylate superplasticizer,expansion admixture and accelerating admixture have great influences on the properties of HPCM,and the working ability of HPCM is good by adding these three admixtures.The optimum ratio of HPCM which is determined by comprehensive equilibrium analysis method is compared with that of domestic construction technology.The strength at 1 day has reached the construction requirement and the strength at 7 days has reached 1.3 to 4 times that of the existing specification and the dry shrinkage rate is less than 0.2.The low age strength of cement mortar can be significantly improved when these three admixtures are added to the cement mortar with appropriate amounts.Furthermore,the high temperature properties of the three semi-flexible materials meet the construction requirements and the deformation is small when the grouting rate is larger than 90%.
