摘  要:采用尾矿与机制砂复配制备混合砂高强混凝土,并对其工作性、力学性能和耐久性进行研究。试验结果表明,在机制砂中掺入20%的尾矿能够改善机制砂的级配;混合砂混凝土28 d抗压强度高达104 MPa,弹性模量高达64.1 GPa,且均高于相应机制砂混凝土;混合砂高强混凝土的工作性均优于相应的机制砂混凝土;混合砂高强混凝土抗氯离子渗透性能为最高级V级,抗冻等级远高于F400。The high strength mixed sand concrete was prepared by mixing tailings and manufactured sand,and the workability,mechanical properties and durability were analyzed.The results indicate that the incorporation of 20%tailings can improve the gradation of manufactured sand.28 d compressive strength and elastic modulus of mixed sand concrete reaches 104 MPa and 64.1 GPa respectively,and are both higher than the corresponding manufactured sand concrete,Workability of mixed sand high strength concrete are better than the corresponding manufactured sand concrete.The resistance to chloride ion permeability of mixed sand high strength concrete reaches the highest level V,the frost resistance grade is much higher than F400.
