摘　　要：该装置为一种混凝土管片生产线浇筑工位振捣器自动插拔管装置,包括机架主体,机架主体的顶部设置有动力气缸,动力气缸的右侧通过连接轴连接到换向阀,换向阀的右端出口连通有快换式气动管接头母接头,母接头的左端固定设置有固定板、外围设置有迷你气缸,迷你气缸的左端固定连接于固定板、右侧连接有安装板,安装板上设有通孔A与母接头的出口位置相对应;机架主体的右侧设置有振捣台,振捣台内设置有管片模具,管片模具的左侧连通有快换式气动管接头公接头,公接头与母接头的轴线相重合。本发明通过控制快换式气动管接头母接头的套筒位置,实现公、母接头的自动插拔,且与管片生产线联动,安全可靠、节省人力。The device is an automatic pipe insertion and pulling device for pouring station vibrator in concrete segment production line,which includes a main body of the frame,a power cylinder is arranged at the top of the main body of the frame,the right side of the power cylinder is connected to the directional valve through the connecting shaft,the right outlet of the reversing valve is connected with the main joint of the fast changing pneumatic pipe joint,the left end of the main joint is fixed with a fixed plate,and a mini cylinder is arranged on the periphery.The left end of the mini cylinder is fixed and connected to the fixing plate,and the installation plate is connected on the right side,and a through hole A is arranged on the installation plate corresponding to the outlet position of the main joint.A vibrating table is arranged on the right side of the main body of the frame,and a segment die is arranged in the vibrating table.The left side of the segment die is connected with the public joint of the fast-changing pneumatic pipe joint,and the male joint coincides with the axis of the main joint.By controlling the sleeve position of the main joint of the fast-changing pneumatic pipe joint,the invention realizes the automatic insertion and pullout of the male and female joints,and is linked with the segment production line,which is safe and reliable and saves manpower.
