摘  要:混凝土变形的测定对评价混凝土的材料性能和使用性能具有重要意义。设计制作了可埋入混凝土型低弹性模量传感器(SEC),并对SEC装置的零点漂移、蠕变及其内外应变线性关系进行了试验分析;比较了两种不同黏结剂对传感器性能的影响;标定SEC在拉伸和压缩荷载作用下的应变测量。结果表明:I型黏结剂相比于II型黏结剂,制成SEC的温度稳定性更强,两种胶制成的SEC零点漂移均较小;SEC在拉伸荷载应变0~2 500με,压缩荷载应变-2 500~0με范围内具有良好的线性关系与重现性。研究结果表明设计的SEC用于测量混凝土早期变形是可行的。The measurement of concrete deformation is of great significance for evaluating the material properties and performance of concrete.A low elastic modulus sensor(SEC)for being embedded in concrete was designed and manufactured.The zero drift,creep and linear relationship between the internal and external strain of the SEC device were experimentally analyzed.Moreover,the effect of the two different adhesives on the performance of the sensor was compared,and the strain measurement of SEC under the action of tensile and compressive loads was calibrated.The results showed that the temperature stability of the type I adhesive was stronger than that of the type II adhesive,and the zero point drift of two kinds of adhesives were smaller.The SEC has a good linear relationship and reproducibility in the range of tensile load strain 0~2 500μεand compressive load strain-2 500~0με.The results also showed that the SEC designed is feasible for measuring the early deformation of concrete.
