摘　　要：体育外交是我国外交的重要组成部分,70年来体育外交为我国外交事业作出了卓越贡献。运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等追溯我国体育外交70年的演变,揭示我国体育外交以国家发展为使命发挥体育外交独特作用、以体育外交为突破口带动整体外交全面发展、以体育赛事为平台展现体育外交多彩内容等特征。提出新时代体育外交发展的举措:激发民间体育交流活力,创建多种体育外交渠道;建设体育外交人才梯队,提升高质量体育外交水平;优化体育外交格局,丰富体育外交内容;助力“一带一路”建设,拓宽体育外交平台。Sports diplomacy is an important part of China’s diplomacy and it has made outstanding contributions to China’s foreign affairs in the past 70 years.By using the methods of documentation and logical analysis,this paper traces the evolution of China’s sports diplomacy in the past 70 years and reveals the characteristics of China’s sports diplomacy,such as taking national development as its mission,giving full play to the unique role of sports diplomacy,taking sports diplomacy as a breakthrough point to promote the full development of diplomatic strategy,and taking sports events as a platform to show the colorful contents of sports diplomacy.The measures for developing sports diplomacy in the new era are put forward:stimulating the vitality of folk sports exchanges,creating a variety of sports diplomacy channels,building a sports diplomatic personnel echelon,improving the quality of sports diplomacy,optimizing the sports diplomacy pattern,enriching the contents of sports diplomacy,helping the construction of“the Belt and Road”and broadening the platform of sports diplomacy.
