摘　　要：以刘淑慧教授为核心的首都体育学院心理团队为中国国家射击队开展了30余年的心理服务工作,为该项运动取得辉煌成就起到了积极的促进作用。1)从1983年至今,射击心理服务经历了“学习—探索”“发展—完善”和“过渡—传承”3个阶段。2)射击心理服务工作者需要正确处理与运动项目、运动队、教练员和运动员等多方的关系,这些关系的建立旨在促成运动员接受心理服务。射击心理服务的根本使命是提高运动员的竞赛成绩,核心价值在于改善运动员的运动表现和个体行为。3)为做好射击心理服务工作,建议相关工作者应摆正位置、深入实践、认真学习及持之以恒。The psychological team headed by professor LIU Shuhui has carried out psychological service work for China national shooting team for more than 30 years,which has played a positive role in promoting the brilliant achievements of this sport.1)From 1983 to the present,shooting psychological services have experienced three stages of“learning-exploration”,“development-perfection”and“transition-inheritance”.2)Carrying out shooting psychological services ought to correctly handle multi-party relations,such as sports event,sports team,coaches,athletes,etc.These relationships are established to promote athletes’acceptance of psychological services.The fundamental mission of shooting psychological services is to help shooters to get good results.The core value is improving athletic performance and individual behavior.3)In order to continue to do shooting psychological services well,it is necessary for shooting psychological service workers to keep a low profile,practice deeply,learn sincerely and persevere.
