摘 要:卫星遥感技术因其在海洋科学发展中的重要地位,已成为各国海洋研究的重要方向。本文以已实施的卫星计划为切入点,阐明了海洋科学卫星对海洋科学发展的重大推动作用,指出海洋遥感已进入科学卫星时代。针对当前海洋亚中尺度和近温跃层遥感观测的科学前沿需求,介绍了目前国际上正在实施的新一代科学卫星计划。重点围绕新一代海洋科学卫星的两大代表性载荷——干涉成像高度计和海洋激光雷达,回顾了测高技术和激光雷达技术的发展历程,展望了这两大载荷在亚中尺度海洋学、海洋跃层动力学和大数据海洋学领域的未来潜在应用,对中国海洋科学卫星未来的发展提供有益借鉴。Ocean remote sensing satellite is becoming the developing direction all over the world,for which plays a significant role in the development of science.Based on the ocean satellite missions that had been implemented,this paper expounds the important role of ocean satellite in promoting scientific development and technological innovation,and points out that ocean remote sensing has entered the era of scientific satellite.Due to the requirement of sub-mesoscale and near-thermocline observation,a new generation of scientific satellite missions is implemented.Finally,the paper introduces two satellite payloads:Interferometric imaging altimeter and oceanic lidar,and elaborates the development of technology these the two payloads.Furthermore,the potential applications of two payloads in sub-mesoscale oceanography,marine thermocline dynamics,and the field of oceanography data are also discussed,which are considered to have great significance for the development of the marine science satellite of China in the future.
