摘　　要：文章将应用组态软件和PLC设计一种自控系统,选用S7-300系列的PLC作为下位机,采用Kingview6.55组态王作为上位机,上下位机通过组态王接口驱动进行数据交互,完成现场设备的数据采集、逻辑控制,由此,搭建系统框架。同时,研究就PLC硬件选型及功能构成进行设计,在Linux环境下,采用QTSDK开发工具构建组态王人机交互界面,创建组态画面和I/O设备、构造实时数据库和动画连接,实现了系统软硬件的设计,并基于COM组件创设了组态王软件的接口驱动程序,该系统实现了简便化设计,可跨提升平台迁移性。This paper designed an automatic control system by using configuration software and PLC.S7-300 series PLC was chosen as the lower computer,Kingview 6.55 Kingview was used as the upper computer,the upper and lower computers interact with each other through Kingview interface driver to complete data acquisition and logical control of field equipment,and thus build the system framework.At the same time,the research also designed the hardware selection and function constitution of PLC.In Linux environment,the configuration King man-machine interface was constructed by using the development tool of QTSDK,the configuration screen and I/O device were created,the real-time database and animation connection were constructed,the design of system software and hardware was realized,and the interface driver of Kingview software was created based on COM component.The system realizes simple design in configuration mode,improves crossplatform mobility.
