碳纤维疏绞导线与牵引器过滑车试验及有限元分析研究

摘  要:碳纤维导线复合芯棒轴向抗拉能力强,但径向抗弯、抗压能力较弱,因此在导线放线施工尤其是在过滑车过程中易发生损伤。对新设计的碳纤维扩径疏绞型导线与装配式牵引器过滑车兼容性展开了实验及有限元分析研究,分析与滑车保持30°包络角,导线一端受0.3RTS(导线计算拉断力)下过滑车20次,导线所受应力及变形。试验及有限元分析结果证明:SKQT-530K装配式牵引器与530k630碳纤维复合芯导线过滑车兼容性状况良好可达到技术要求;碳纤维导线过滑车时应力集中主要发生在滑车与导线接触位置,最大应力由碳纤维复合芯棒承受,芯棒弯曲半径越小导线过滑车越易受到损伤;在30%RTS下与滑车保持30°包络角过滑车过程中导线所受应力大小与包络角成正比;分析结果也表明导线从内层梯形铝线到外层圆铝线所受应力从内到外逐层减小。The carbon fiber wire composite core rod has strong axial tensile strength,but the radial bending and compression resistance are relatively weak,so it is easy to be damaged during the wire laying construction,especially during the over-sliding process.In this paper,the experimental and finite element analysis on the newly designed carbon fiber expanded-diameter stranded conductor and the assembled tractor over-sliding vehicle are carried out.The angle between the wire and the pulley maintains 30°,and the stress the wire undertaken with one end of the wire subjected to 0.3RTS(the calculated tensile force)under the pulley 20 times is calculated,and the wier deformation is analyzed.The test and finite element analysis results show that the compatibility of SKQT-530K assembled tractor with 530k630 carbon fiber composite core wire over-slider can meet the technical requirements;the stress concentration of carbon fiber wire over-sliding car mainly occurs at the contact position between the pulley and the wire,while the maximum stress is supported by the carbon fiber composite mandrel.The smaller the bending radius of the mandrel is,the more susceptible the wire is to the trolley;with the envelop angle maintaining 30°under 30%RTS,the stress on the wire is proportional to the envelope angle.The analysis results also show that the stress of the wire from the inner trapezoidal aluminum wire to the outer round aluminum wire decreases from the inside to the outside.
