摘  要:从排序效率的角度分析了模块化多电平换流器传统均压算法的不足,提出了基于快速二分优化快速排序算法的MMC子模块均压方法。分析了MMC子模块的电容电压的变化规律,采用三路划分策略,基于快速二分优化方法实现了MMC电容均压排序,并分析了该算法的时间复杂度。最后,通过Viscual C++6.0平台比较了传统冒泡排序均压算法与本文提出算法的排序耗时,结果表明提出算法效率更高。通过MATLAB/SIMULINK平台搭建了三相单端23电平MMC仿真模型,并与传统冒泡排序算法的仿真结果进行了对比,验证了提出算法的有效性与均压效果,表明了该方法能提高MMC的均压排序效率。The shortcomings of MMC traditional equalization algorithm are analyzed from the perspective of sorting efficiency,and a capacitor voltage balancing method for MMC based on optimized quick sort is proposed.The capacitor voltage variation rule of MMC sub-module is analyzed.Using the three-route partitioning strategy,the capacitor voltage sequences of MMC are realized based on the binary optimized quick-sort algorithm,and the time complexity of the algorithm is analyzed.Finally,the sorting time of voltage balancing algorithm based on the traditional bubble sorting and the proposed algorithm are compared in Viscual C++6.0.The results show that the proposed algorithm is more efficient.A three-phase single-terminal 21-level MMC simulation model is built in MATLAB/SIMULINK,and the results obtained by the proposed model are compared with the simulation results of the traditional bubble sorting algorithm.The efficiency and voltage balancing effect of the proposed algorithm are proved.The simulation results show that this method can improve the capacitor voltage balancing efficiency of MMC.
