摘  要:以商洛黄芩幼苗为试验材料,采用盆栽模拟试验研究不同盐分和干旱交叉胁迫对黄芩生长状况及相关渗透调节物质的影响。结果表明,在中度干旱与轻度盐交叉胁迫下,黄芩株高与地上部分鲜重与对照(CK)差异显著(P<0.05),分别增加了7.00%和7.33%;重度盐旱交叉胁迫下的主根长与地下部分鲜重与CK差异显著,分别下降了21.59%和21.76%,而主根直径与CK差异不显著;在重度盐旱交叉胁迫下,MDA和可溶性糖含量与CK差异最为明显,分别增加了151.59%和155.20%;在中度盐和重度干旱交叉胁迫、重度盐和中度干旱交叉胁迫下的可溶性蛋白含量与CK相比差异不显著。黄芩能通过相关渗透调节物质的积累来提高其对盐旱交叉胁迫的适应能力,中度干旱与轻度盐交叉胁迫对黄芩的生长最为适宜。Shangluo Sctellaria baicalensis seedlings were used as experiment material.The effects of different salt and drought intercross stress on the growth and related osmotic regulatory substances were studied by potting.The results showed that fresh weight of the aerial parts and plant height under the moderate drought and salt stress had a significant difference(P<0.05)compared with CK,increased by 7.00%and 7.33%respectively,taproot length and fresh weight under severe drought intercross stress of salt had a significant difference significant difference compared with CK,decreased by 21.59%and 21.76%respectively.Compared with the CK,there was no significant difference in diameter.MDA and soluble sugar content under the severe drought intercross stress of salt had the most significant difference with CK,increased by 151.59%and 155.20%respectively.soluble protein content compared with the CK in moderate salt and severe drought intercross stress,heavy salt and under moderate drought intercross stress had no significant difference.Sctellaria baicalensis can improve the adapt ability of drought salt intercross stress through the accumulation of osmotic regulation substances.In this test,the moderate drought and mild salt intercross stress was most suitable to the growth of Sctellaria baicalensis.
