摘 要:为提高海带太阳能辅热耦合干燥系统的效率和降低海带的干燥能耗,采用风道风速统计法和节能保温技术,进行改进设计及性能测试。通过调节可拆卸导风板提高海带干燥的均匀性,采用锯齿夹撑开海带两端,增加烘干面积,提高海带干燥的效率;同时为了解决原系统散热性高的问题,增加橡塑海绵保温材料,提高保温性。改进后风速测试显示,风道内各点风速大小有所提高,其中后上、后中风速比原始后上、后中风速提高了3倍;保温性测试表明,从50℃降到40℃,时间为46.4 min,改进后的降温时间比原始的降温时间增加了16倍,热损耗减少了95%;在最高温度为28.7℃、光照度为110000 lx下,鲜海带为60.0 kg,自然晾晒+储热+热泵干燥模式下的干燥时间为11.5 h,热泵开启时间为4.5 h,干海带含水率为8.21%。研究表明,改进的海带太阳能辅热耦合干燥系统效率高,提高了对太阳能和风能的利用率,能耗低。In order to further improve the efficiency of the solar energy auxiliary thermal coupling and reduce the energy consumption of kelp drying,air speed statistics and energy saving technology which improved the design and performance testing were used.The removable air deflector was adjusted to improve the uniformity of dry.The serrated clamp was used to open both ends of kelp to increase drying area and drying efficiency of kelp.At the same time,the heat preservation measures were increased to improve the heat preservation for solving the problem of original system heat dissipation.The performance test results showed that the wind speed of each point in the duct had improved.The velocity of upper and lower stroke was three times higher than that of upper and lower stroke.The temperature preservation results showed that the cooling time was 16 times more than the original cooling time and the heat loss was 95%less than that the original cooling time when the temperature reduced from 50℃to 40℃and the time was 46.4 minutes.At the highest temperature of 28.7℃,the light of 110000 lx,fresh kelp was 60.0 kg,a new mode of the drying time for 11.5 h,heat pump open time of 4.5 h,dried seaweed moisture content of 8.21%.The research showed that the improved solar coupling drying system of kelp had the follow advantages such as high efficiency,low energy consumption,improving of the utilization rate of solar energy and wind energy,the liberation of labor,which can provide reference for the trial manufacture of other marine products mechanical drying equipment.
