摘  要:目的比较3种牙周超声治疗仪的工作效率及对牙根面的影响,为临床选择合适的牙周超声治疗仪提供依据。方法选取30颗因重度牙周炎拔除的单根牙,随机分成:EMS Piezon Master 700压电陶瓷刮治组(EMS刮治组)、深圳邦沃磁致伸缩刮治组(邦沃刮治组)和德国Vector刮治组(Vector刮治组)。分别记录去除相同面积的根面牙石所需的操作时间,并对刮治后的根面进行粗糙度检查和扫描电镜观察。结果Vector刮治组刮治所需时间明显长于EMS刮治组和邦沃刮治组(P<0.001);Vector刮治组刮治后的根面粗糙度最小,明显小于EMS刮治组和邦沃刮治组(P<0.001),EMS刮治组刮治后的根面粗糙度小于邦沃组(P=0.018);电镜下Vector刮治组根面清洁完整,而其他两组均可见不同程度的划痕和牙骨质剥脱。结论Vector牙周超声治疗仪对牙根面的损伤程度最小,但工作效率最低;邦沃牙周超声治疗仪的工作效率最高,但对根面的损伤较大;EMS牙周超声治疗仪的工作效率和对根面的影响介于两者之间。临床上应依据患者的不同情况和需求选择合适的牙周超声治疗仪。Objective To comparatively evaluate the effects and efficiency of three different ultrasonic scaling devices on root surfaces.Methods 30 root surfaces of teeth extracted for severe periodontal diseases,were selected and randomly assigned to three groups.Group A was scaled with piezoelectric ultrasonic devices(EMS Piezon Mater 700);Group B scaled with a magnetostrictive ultrasonic devices(Shenzhen Bangvo);Group C scaled with Vector system.The time for scaling was recorded.The surfaces were analyzed by a Precision profilometer to measure the surface roughness.The root surface feature of the samples was observed under scanning electron microscope(SEM).Results The time taken to scale the selected areas with Vector system was significantly longest(P<0.001).The time taken with piezoelectric ultrasonic and magnetostrictive ultrasonic devices did not differ significantly(P=0.556).The roughness was found to be the highest in the group where scaling and root planning(SRP)was performed using magnetostrictive ultrasonic devices while the lowest surface roughness was seen on the samples where SRP was performed using Vector system(P<0.001).SEM analysis confirmed the roughness analysis revealing that the root surfaces scaled with Vector system showed most smooth,clean and intact among them.Conclusion The effect on root surface by the Vector system is least among three groups,and it needsthe longest time to scale the root surface.Magnetostrictive ultrasonic devices takes less time to scale root surface,but produces roughest root surface among three methods,while the work efficiency and the effect on root surface with piezoelectric ultrasonic devices is in between the other two methods.In vivo studies are needed to validate these results and to evaluate their clinical effects.Doctors can make choice according to the different needs and situation of patients.
