摘　　要：近年来,在国家及地方政府战略部署的引导下,在新经济形态的演化过程中,文化金融发展正逐步进入新的发展阶段。将资产证券化引入文化金融,实现版权证券化,对于构建多层次金融市场,推动文化产业蓬勃发展,保护版权有着及其重要的地位和作用。在面对国内电影市场发展迟滞,音乐市场境况不佳的背景下,泛IP时代下蓬勃发展的网络文学市场以其庞大产业链条具有良好的发展潜力,探索网络文学版权的保护问题,是新的历史条件下我国面临的一个重要课题。论文在学习借鉴发达国际实践经验的基础上,立足我国国情,探索我国网络文学版权证券化的发展问题。具有一定的理论价值和现实意义。In recent years,culture finance have been into a new stage during the evolutionary course of a new economic mode.Making the copyright securitization plays an important role to build a multi-layered market and promote culture industry development.Facing the development delay of the film and music market,the net literature market has great potential due to its massive and integrated production chain under the time background of wild IP.How to protect net literature copyright is an important subject for us with the new historical conditions.This paper is based on the situation of China to discuss the development issue of copyright securitization learning from national practical experience,which has some theoretical value and practical significance.
