疣外洗Ⅰ号联合CO2激光与重组人α-2b干扰素治疗扁平疣疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨疣外洗Ⅰ号联合CO2激光与重组人α-2b干扰素治疗扁平疣的疗效。方法:选取笔者医院皮肤科2015年10月-2018年7月收治的扁平疣患者84例,按随机数表法分为观察组与对照组,每组各42例。其中对照组采用CO2激光与重组人α-2b干扰素进行治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合疣外洗Ⅰ号,连续治疗4周。比较两组总有效率、皮损处开始结痂时间、开始脱痂时间、完全脱痂时间、不良反应总发生率与复发率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为90.48%,显著高于对照组的73.81%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组开始结痂时间、开始脱痂时间、完全脱痂时间分别为(2.65±0.49)d、(5.19±1.10)d、(7.02±1.50)d,显著短于对照组(2.94±0.65)d、(5.82±1.43)d、(7.96±1.77)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率与复发率分别为16.67%与7.14%,显著低于对照组的38.10%与23.81%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:疣外洗Ⅰ号联合CO2激光与重组人α-2b干扰素治疗扁平疣可加快皮损消退,复发率低,且不良反应少,易被患者接受。Objective To investigate the efficacy of external wash Ⅰ combined with CO2 laser and recombinant humanα-2b interferon in the treatment of patients with flat warts.Methods A total of 84 patients with flat warts admitted to author's Hospital from October 2015 to July 2018 were enrolled in the study and divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with CO2 laser and recombinant humanα-2b interferon.The observation group was combined with the external wash I on the basis of the control group.Both treated for 4 weeks.The total effective rate,the time of skin lesions begin to scab,the time of starting dislocation,the time of complete dislocation,the total incidence of adverse reactions and the recurrence rate were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.48%,which was signi ficantly higher than 73.81%of the control group(P<0.05).The observation group began to have crusting time,start dislocation time,and complete dislocation time were(2.65±0.49)d,(5.19±1.10)d,(7.02±1.50)d,which were signi ficantly shorter than(2.94±0.65)d,(5.82±1.43)d,(7.96±1.77)d of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate of the adverse reactions in the observation group were 16.67%and 7.14%,respectively,which were signi ficantly lower than the control group of 38.10%and 23.81%(P<0.05).Conclusion The external wash I combined with CO2 laser and recombinant humanα-2b interferon for the treatment of flat warts can accelerate the loss of skin lesions,low recurrence rate,reduce the recurrence rate,and with less adverse reactions,which was easily accepted by patients.
