龟板有效成分对小鼠毛囊生长和毛发生长周期的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察龟板有效成分对脱发模型小鼠毛发生长及周期的影响。方法:制作小鼠休止期脱毛模型。脱毛后分组,其中阳性对照组予5%米诺地尔溶液、实验A、B、C组分别予0.15%、0.2%、0.4%龟板有效成分溶液外用于脱毛区。比较各组小鼠毛发生长差异,且在实验第19天切取小鼠背部脱毛区皮肤作HE染色及毛囊计数,观察龟板有效成分对毛囊数量的影响。结果:适当浓度的实验B组与阳性对照组的小鼠毛发生长优先于其他组;实验组小鼠毛囊毛干色素深,以终毛为主;实验组小鼠背部脱毛区皮肤毛囊数量比模型组多(P<0.05),有显著统计学意义。结论:龟板有效成分能促进毛发和毛囊生长,延长毛发生长期。Objective To observe the effects of the effective components of tortoise shell on hair growth and cycle of hair loss model mice.Methods The model of hair loss of telogen in mice was made.After depilation,positive control group were given 5%minoxidil solution and experimental group A,B,C were given 0.15%,0.2%,0.4%tortoise shell effective components solution respectively for the hair removal area.Comparison of hair growth differences between groups.The skin of the back hair of the mice was excised for HE staining and hair follicle count on the 19th day of the experiment,and the effect of the effective components of tortoise shell on the number of hair follicles was observed.Results Appropriate concentration of experimental group B and positive control mice hair growth prior to other groups.The hair shaft colour of hair follicle of experimental mice were deep,which mainly were terminal hair.The number of hair follicles in the back depilation area of the experimental group was higher than that of the model group(P<0.05),which was statistically signi ficant.Conclusion The effective components of tortoise shell promote the growth of hair and hair follicles and prolong the hair anagen.
