摘　　要：目的:探究牙颌面畸形正颌手术患者进行围术期护理的临床效果。方法:选取2016年7月-2018年3月于西安交通大学第一附属医院接受手术治疗的52例牙颌面畸形患者为研究对象,给予围手术期护理并观察临床护理效果。结果:经过围手术期护理后,52例患者的手术均成功实施,术后未出现并发症,平均住院2周后均顺利出院,患者的护理满意度高达98.11%。结论:牙颌面畸形正颌手术患者予以围手术期护理,可保证手术的顺利开展,降低术后并发症,提高患者护理满意度,效果显著,值得借鉴。Objective Clinical effect of perioperative nursing care for patients undergoing orthognathic surgery for maxillofacial deformities.Methods From July 2016 to March 2018,52 cases of dental and maxillofacial malformation were treated in The First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiao Tong University,and the overall nursing care was given to observe the effect of clinical nursing.Results After perioperative holistic nursing,52 patients were successfully operated,without complications after operation.The average hospitalization was 2 weeks after the hospital was successfully discharged.The patient's nursing satisfaction was up to 98.11%.Conclusion Perioperative holistic nursing for orthognathic surgery patients with dentofacial deformity can ensure the smooth operation,reduce postoperative complications,and improve patient satisfaction with nursing.The effect is significant and worth learning.
