面部深Ⅱ度烧伤后瘢痕防治的综合康复护理研究

摘　　要：目的:研究综合康复护理在面部深Ⅱ度烧伤后瘢痕防治中的作用。方法:选取新疆医科大学第一附属医院2017年6月-2018年6月收治的面部深Ⅱ度烧伤患者70例,按照随机数表法均分为观察组(35例)和对照组(35例)。对照组采取常规护理,观察组进行综合康复护理。对比两组患者3个月及6个月后的瘢痕康复情况、护理前后心理状况及生活质量。结果:治疗3个月及6个月后,观察组患者瘢痕康复情况均明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,观察组HAMD评分及HAMA评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,观察组生活质量各项评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:综合康复护理对面部深Ⅱ度烧伤后瘢痕防治效果显著,可以改善患者的心理状况,提升患者生活质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing on the prevention and treatment of facial scar after deep second degree burn.Methods 70 patients with facial deep Ⅱ degree burns admitted to the first af filiated hospital,xinjiang medical university from June 2017 to June 2018 were divided into observation group(35 cases)and control group(35 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was received routine nursing,while the observation group was received comprehensive rehabilitation nursing.The scar rehabilitation between the two groups after 3 months and 6 months,psychological status and quality of life before and after nursing were compared.Results After 3 months and 6 months of treatment,the recovery of scar in the observation group was signi ficantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the HAMD score and HAMA score of the observation group was signi ficantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically signi ficant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of quality of life in the observation group were signi ficantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing has a remarkable effect on preventing and treating scar after deep Ⅱ degree burn of face,which can improve the psychological status of patients and improve their quality of life,and it is worthy of clinical application.
