摘　　要：目的了解基层医疗机构呼吸系统疾病雾化吸入治疗用药情况,规范雾化吸入治疗的合理用药。方法采用问卷调查形式对清镇市个体诊所、村卫生室和乡镇卫生院医师进行现场问卷调查,并进行统计分析。结果共收回问卷208份,其中有效问卷181份;调查对象的专业技术职称以初级居多,工作年限大多在20年内;7大类、24种药品被用于雾化吸入治疗各年龄段的24种呼吸系统疾病。结论基层医疗机构呼吸系统疾病雾化吸入治疗专用雾化制剂缺乏,超说明书用药情况普遍,需要政策的改善、管理的规范、专业技术指导等多方面努力来改变目前的用药现状,保障用药安全,降低医疗机构和医师执业风险。Objective To understand the situation of aerosolized inhalation therapy for respiratory diseases in primary medical institutions,and to standardize the rational use of aerosolized inhalation therapy.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among doctors in individual clinics,village clinics and township hospitals in Qingzhen City,and the results were statistically analyzed.Results A total of 208 questionnaires were collected,181 of which were valid.Most of the professional and technical titles of the respondents were junior,and most of them have worked for less than 20 years.Seven categories and 24 kinds of drugs were used for aerosol inhalation to treat 24 kinds of respiratory diseases of all ages.Conclusion The aerosolized inhalation therapy for respiratory diseases in primary medical institutions is lack of special atomization preparations and has the general situation of off-label drug use.Efforts should be made to change the current medication situation in many aspects,such as policy improvement,management standardization and professional technical guidance,so as to ensure the medication safety of patients and reduce the risks of medical institutions and doctors.
