基于DEA模型的云南省林业投入与产出效率评价

摘　　要：通过建立DEA模型和构建投入产出指标体系,对云南省2001-2016年的林业投入产出效率进行分析。结果表明:2001-2016年间,云南省林业投入产出的效率总体较高,正常年份能保持规模报酬递增状况。在分析各指标的效率影响程度时发现,对林业效率影响较大的因素为林业劳动力和造林面积,并据此总结出由于云南林业结构不合理、林业规模不够大、林业投入不稳定和人力资源不充足等因素,导致了云南林业投入产出效率相对国家林业投入产出效率偏低的原因。By establishing a DEA model and constructing an input-output indicator system,the forestry input-output efficiency of Yunnan Province from 2001 to 2016 is analyzed.The results show that from 2001 to 2016,the forestry input-output efficiency of Yunnan Province is generally high,and the increasing returns to scale can be maintained in normal years.When analyzing the degree of efficiency impact of each indicator,it is found that the factors that have a greater impact on forestry efficiency are forestry labor and afforestation area,and based on this,it is concluded that the irrational forestry structure,insufficient forestry scale,unstable forestry input and inadequate manpower resources have led to the relatively low forestry input-output efficiency of Yunnan Province campared to that of the country.
