摘 要:现有医疗设施运维管理绩效评价体系的不合理与局限性,导致对现代医疗设施运维管理绩效的评价效果不理想。本文梳理了国内外医疗设施运维管理绩效的相关研究,对已有的七个评价体系进行了对比分析。采用文献调研和深度访谈的研究方法,建立符合现代医疗设施特点的医疗设施运维管理绩效评价指标体系,完善了现有医疗设施运维管理绩效评价体系,将对提高医疗设施运维管理绩效有实践指导意义。The irrationality and limitations of the existing healthcare facility management performance evaluation system results in an unsatisfactory evaluation of the healthcare facility management performance.This paper combs the relevant researches on the healthcare facility management performance at domestic and foreign,comparing and analyzing the existing seven evaluation systems.The paper uses literature research and in-depth interview,establishing a performance evaluation index system for healthcare facility management that meets the characteristics of modern healthcare facilities,which has practical guiding significance to improve the evaluation system of existing healthcare facility management performance.
