摘 要:本试验旨在研究小肽对奶牛产奶量、血清生化指标和营养物质消化率的影响。试验选用80头产奶量、泌乳天数和胎次相近的健康荷斯坦牛,随机分成4组,每组20头奶牛。对照组(A组)饲喂基础日粮,B、C和D组在基础日粮基础上分别添加小肽5、10和15g/(头·d),预饲期7d,正试期60d。结果表明,添加小肽提高了奶产量,C组与A组相比,提高了3.21kg/d(P<0.05);小肽增强了奶牛机体免疫力,降低了乳体细胞数,B、C和D组血清中的IgA和IgM含量显著高于A组(P<0.05);C组有机物和酸性洗涤纤维的表观消化率也显著高于A组(P<0.05)。在本试验条件下,综合考虑奶产量、血清生化指标和表观消化率等指标,小肽添加量为10g/(头·d)效果最好。The objective of study was to investigate the effects of small peptides on milk yield,serum indices and apparent digestibility of dairy cows.Eighty Holstein cows with similar milk yield,parity and lactation stage were divided into 4 groups with 20 cows per group.The supplement level of small peptides in control(A)and test groups B,C and D was 0,5,10 and 15g/d/head,respectively.The pretest lasted for 7 days,and the test lasted for 60 days.The results showed as follows:Small peptides could increase milk production,milk yield in group C was significantly increased 3.21kg/d compared with that in control group(P<0.05);Small peptide strengthened the immunity of cow body and reduced the somatic cell number,the content of IgA and IgM in group B,C and D were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The apparent digestibility of organics and acid detergent fiber in group C was also significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Based on the data of milk yield,serum indices and apparent digestibility,it can be concluded that the suitable supplement level of small peptides is 10g/d/head in dairy cows in the present study.
