摘 要:利用滤纸法测定了宁夏21份稻田稗草种群对丁草胺的敏感性。结果表明:宁夏稻田稗草已对丁草胺产生了抗药性,其ED50值在4.254 1~197.583 2 mL/L间,抗性指数为1~46.45,不同稗草种群对丁草胺的敏感性有较大的差异。The sensitivity of 21 barnyardgrass populations to butachlor in Ningxia paddy fields was determined by filter paper method.The results showed that barnyard grass in Ningxia paddy field had resistance to butachlor,and its ED50 value was 4.254 1~197.583 2 mL/L,and its resistance index was 1~46.45.The sensitivity of different barnyard grass populations to butachlor was quite different.
