河南省退耕还林工程生态效益评价

摘　　要：基于河南省10个退耕还林监测站2012—2017年连续6年的监测数据,遵照《退耕还林工程生态效益监测评估技术标准与管理规范》和《森林生态系统服务功能评估规范》(LY/T 1721—2008),通过对河南省退耕还林工程生态效益进行评价,得出河南省2017年退耕还林生态效益总价值489.78亿元,是2000—2017年中央财政对全省退耕还林工程投资总额的4.53倍。According to Specification of Monitoring and Evaluation of Ecological Benefits of Returning Farmland to Forest Project and Specifications for Assessment of Forest Ecosystem Services in China(LY/T 1721—2008),the RFFP ecological benefits in Henan province were evaluated based on monitoring data of 10 RFFP monitoring stations between 2012 and 2017.It is obtained that the total value of the RFFP ecological benefits in Henan province was 48.978 billion yuan,which is 4.53 times of the total investment for RFFP in Henan province by central finance.
