摘 要:依据FSEC纯电动赛车技术参数及规则,设计一款纯电动赛车动力系统。利用车辆动力学理论,确定电机、电池、控制系统和主减速器等主要部件的性能参数,进行整车动力系统设计,并进行整车试制。通过Optimum Lap进行赛道建模和试验工况设定,利用AVL CRUISE对赛车进行动力性能仿真分析,验证了驱动电机、动力电池、传动系统、驱动半轴等设计的合理性,得到了赛车动力性与经济性的关系图。The paper describes the power system for pure electric racing motorcyle based on the FSEC technology reuqirements and rules.The designer firstly detemines perforamance paprameters of the main compoenents such as electric motor,battery,controlling system,and main retardar etc.,and then conducts the design on power system and complete the test.The rationality of the design of driving motor,power battery,powertrain system,and driving semi-axle etc.was verified through the Optimum Lap to build track modeling and set test conditions.The dynamic performance simulation analysis of the motorcycle was carried out by AVL CRUISE.The diagram of the relationship between power and economy was determined.
