摘  要:多环芳烃是一类常见的环境有毒物质,苯并芘是多环芳烃中毒性最大的一种强致癌物质,可对动物内脏器官和神经系统造成损害,还会造成DNA的损伤,诱发细胞癌变。目前发现苯并芘通过对食品,水体,气体等多种途径危害生物的健康,同时对生物正常的细胞周期、遗传物质、以及内分泌系统产生多种毒性作用。本文综述了苯并芘的概念、来源、污染状况和毒性效应,并展望其研究前景,以便更好地控制苯并芘污染,为保护生物和生态环境提供理论依据。Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons are a common class of environmentally toxic substances.Benzopyrene is a highly carcinogenic substance in polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons,which causes damage to animal internal organs and nervous system,and also transforms into DNA damage and induces cancerous cells.It has been found that benzopyrene has a variety of toxic effects on the normal cell cycle,DNA,and endocrine system through various ways such as food,water,and gas.This paper reviewed the concept,source,pollution and toxic effects of benzopyrene,and looks forward to its research prospects in order to better control benzopyrene pollution and provide a theoretical basis for the protection of biological and ecological environment.
